If a student is in crisis — follow these steps.
Ensure immediate safety
If there’s physical danger, remove the student and others from harm. Call 112 if needed.
Do not leave the student alone
Stay with them until a qualified professional or guardian arrives.
Notify school leadership
Inform the principal or designated emergency contact immediately.
Contact parents/guardians
Use BloomBridge’s emergency alert or call directly.
Refer to professional help
Guide the family to contact a qualified mental health professional or child psychologist.
