Terms of Service.
The rules of the road for using BloomBridge. We’ve kept this as clear and human as possible — because transparency matters, especially when children are involved.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BloomBridge, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the school or educational institution) and Anagata IT Solutions. If you’re using BloomBridge on behalf of a school, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that school to these terms.
Description of Service
BloomBridge is a school psychological intervention app for children aged 3–18. It helps teachers and school management turn behavioral observations into structured intervention plans.
The app runs on Android devices. It provides:
- Plain-language observation input
- Automatic categorization of behavioral concerns
- Age-appropriate intervention strategies
- Parent communication templates
- Escalation prompts for serious concerns
- Weekly action plans and progress tracking
Important Disclaimer
BloomBridge is a support tool, not a medical or psychological diagnostic tool. It does not:
- Diagnose mental illness
- Replace therapy or counseling
- Provide medical advice
- Treat severe psychiatric disorders
If a child is in crisis, contact qualified mental health professionals or emergency services immediately. BloomBridge’s escalation prompts are guidance, not a substitute for professional judgment.
Eligibility
BloomBridge is designed for use by teachers and school management. Schools are responsible for ensuring appropriate authorization before using the platform.
Students do not directly use BloomBridge. The platform is accessed and operated by school staff only.
User Accounts
- Schools must provide accurate information during registration.
- Account credentials must be kept secure.
- Schools are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
- Role-based access: teachers and administrators have different permission levels.
Acceptable Use
Users must:
- Use BloomBridge only for legitimate educational purposes
- Respect student privacy
- Not input false or malicious observations
- Not share account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
Prohibited:
- Using BloomBridge to diagnose
- Selling data
- Using data for purposes outside educational intervention

Key points:
- Data is encrypted
- Role-based access enforced
- Anonymized reporting for management views
- DPDP Act compliance
- No data sold to third parties
Emergency Protocol
If BloomBridge detects indicators of self-harm or aggression, it triggers an immediate alert to the principal and designated contacts. This alert is outside the structured plan flow.
Users must have appropriate emergency response procedures in place.
BloomBridge is not a substitute for emergency services. In an active emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Intellectual Property
BloomBridge, its content, templates, intervention strategies, and design are property of Anagata IT Solutions.
Users may use templates and strategies for their school’s intervention purposes but may not redistribute, sell, or claim ownership.
Pilot Program Terms
During the pilot program, the service is provided free of charge. Pilot schools agree to:
- Provide feedback
- Participate in onboarding sessions
- Use the platform with real students (with appropriate consent)
- Designate a pilot coordinator
Pilot schools receive priority access and special pricing at launch.
Limitation of Liability
BloomBridge is provided ‘as is’ without warranties. Anagata IT Solutions is not liable for:
- Outcomes of intervention plans (these are guidance, not guarantees)
- Decisions made based on app suggestions
- Emergencies or crises that occur despite using the platform
- Indirect or consequential damages
Termination
Schools can terminate their account at any time. Anagata IT Solutions may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Data deletion on termination: all student data securely deleted within 30 days of termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in courts of Bengaluru, India.
